The seminar was organized by WACS (World Association of Chefs) with Russian Interregional Culinary Association assistance. The training included theoretical course led by the famous Swedish chef Gert Klötzke, the chairman of WACS Culinary Competition Committee. The practical part of the seminar was held in real conditions of All-Russian Culinary Championship - Chef à la russe 2014.
Students, passed the exams got the name of the International judge, accredited by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). Among the students who has successful passed the exam was the president of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy – Leonid Gelibterman, who has got the International Judge diploma, Category B, with the right to participate in national championships jury in Russia and abroad.
