On 21th of November at the University of Valencia (Spain) a strategic session of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) Silk Road Training and Capacity Building Programme was opened. Anna Shashkova, the Advisor to the President of the ICWAG Leonid Gelibterman for international legal affairs, docent of constitutional law at the MGIMO, took part in the event.
The UNWTO Silk Road Training and Capacity Building Programme was presented by the Professor Guillermo Palao Moreno, Vice-rector for international relations of the University of Valencia, and José Manuel Pastor, head of the faculty of Economics and business school of Valencia.
The session was devoted to the development of strategic competences of the participants from the countries located on the Silk Road, and to the establishment of long-term cooperation in the field of education and culture. The Programme participants included representatives of the universities and business communities from different countries of Europe and Asia.
The UNWTO Silk Road Training and Capacity Building Programme was held at the University of Valencia (Spain) from 20 to 29 November.
