The International Center of Wine and Gastronomy organizes special educational programs, for the target audience of professionals in the field of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and gourmet class products. They can be held as in the frameworks of large specialized salons and independently.
Usually such projects suppose the following formats of events:

— master classes from the field leading experts
Master-class for the specialists of wine market in the frameworks of Tejo wine salon 2014. The speakers were: the president of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy, Leonid Gelibterman and Irina Godunova, sommelier and candidate of biological science. Participants of the master-class managed to evaluate different samples of Portuguese wines from such grape varieties as Arinto, Touriga Nacional, Fernão Pires, Alicante Bouschet and other. Master-class drew attention of the specialists so much that some of them were even intended to participate while standing.
Educational events that took place in the frameworks of Wine Salon Portugal Market Week 2013 commissioned by AEP (Association of Portuguese Entrepreneurs) and ViniPortugal.
— A famous Portuguese restaurateur and chef Rui Paula gave a master class for Russian chefs, restaurateurs, culinary schools students, which included a lecture and demonstration cooking of Portuguese dishes.
— Master class on "'Wine regions and oenotourism to Portugal" hosted by one of Portugal's most respected oenologist Dr. Vasco d'Avillez was held for professionals of alcohol industry. The master class was accompanied by a guided tasting of typical Portuguese wines.
